The new headphones could be presented in March.
The Chinese portal 52audio, specialized in sound devices, has published a series of images that could correspond to the new generation of AirPods. The company with the bitten apple could launch them this March. However, no official announcement has been made.
According to the photos, the new model would be closer to the Pro model, since it would have pads, they are rounder and smaller. Additionally, images of the charging case were shown, which also appears similar to the AirPods Pro box.
At the time, Bloomberg indicated that the new headphones would inherit “the design of their older brothers, but not all their functionalities.” According to 52audio, the similarities would not be limited only to the design, since it seems that they will also have the same touch controls of the AirPods Pro and with the same pressure equalization system.
The website indicates that the official presentation of the new generation of AirPods could take place in March.
